Dills Tavern

Rent Dills Tavern

Dills Tavern offers 2.5 acres of natural historic gardens and property, including the spectacular 18th Century Tavern and its magnificent brick courtyard and balcony. With easy access from Route 15 near Harrisburg, Dill’s Tavern is the perfect venue for casual or historic events.  This fully-restored National Register Historic Property can comfortably accommodate 60 guests in the upstairs ballroom, and 60 guests in the downstairs Tap Room and Parlor.

Dills Tavern rentals include use of the facilities for 5 hours (set up and tear down must be within the rental timeframe) and is fully-equipped with electricity and indoor plumbing. Additional hours are $50 per hour. Staff will be present for the duration of the rental.

Rent Maple Shade Barn

Maple Shade Barn is fully-equipped with electricity and indoor plumbing to ensure a comfortable historic setting that will impress your guests with modern amenities for events such as bridal and baby showers, reunions, meetings, birthday parties, and more.

For intimate events, the vibrantly restored Maple Shade Barn is perfect for bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, family reunions, and more. This beautiful award-winning barn on a corner lot can hold up to 60 people indoors. Indoor rentals include a spacious climate-controlled main room with tables and chairs, two bathrooms, and the option to rent our newly remodeled kitchen. The interior of the barn has a classic rustic feel with all modern amenities for your convenience.

All event times permit reasonable allowances for setup and cleanup before and after the event without additional charge. To hold a date, a signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required. Email rentals@northernyorkhistorical.org or call 717-502-1440 to inquire about your event.

Rentals at MSB include the use of facilities for 5 hours (set up and tear down must be within the rental timeframe). Additional hours are $50 per hour. Night-before your event set up is dependent on availability. The renter is responsible for facilities during the rental timeframe. Staff will be on call in case of an emergency.
