Join us for a proper high tea at Historic Dill’s Tavern in the era of the Jazz Age — the 1920s! — on Saturday, June 8th at 2pm. Enjoy a three course menu of historically accurate made-from-scratch foods circa the early 20th century that flappers and jazz stars enjoyed! Sip on a selection of high quality teas, lemonade, and other fine drinks while enjoying live music. The tea will be hosted by April C Thomas, Curator of Historic Foodways for NYCHAPS and Historic Dill’s Tavern. Limited to 42 seats. $45 per seat. Ticket sales end June 5th.
The Northern York County Historical and Preservation Society (NYCHAPS) strives to inspire by connecting the lessons of the past to the challenges of today. Through hands-on experience, the past culture of the area is brought to life in a deeper and richer educational experience. Through preservation, research, and our collections, NYCHAPS seeks to inspire a different way of learning history.
