Celebrate the Holidays at Historic Dill’s Tavern Christkindlmarkt on Friday, December 15th, from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, December 16th, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. This two-day event features artisans and craftspeople, food, music, caroling, tree lighting, Santa, children’s activities, live nativity, and so much more across the tavern’s beautiful historic grounds. Tour the tavern aglow in candlelight and come dressed in your historical clothes. Treasured gifts for everyone on your shopping list and yourself.
The Saturday market coincides with that evening’s Colonial Candlelight Christmas service at Historic Monaghan Church led by historical preacher Jim Richwine with music by Dillsburg Brass at 7 p.m.

10 a.m. Flutist Adrianne Wenrich will play music on the Tavern balcony

12:30 p.m. Santa arrives in the courtyard
2:30 p.m. An elf arrives in the courtyard for story time
4 p.m. Harold Hess plays the saw in the Log Barn
6 p.m. Live children’s nativity with caroling
7 p.m. Colonial Candlelight Christmas at Historic Monaghan Church, followed by a candlelight walk from the hymn sing to Dill’s Tavern for refreshments.
9 p.m. Market closes
