Jump into harvest season at Dill’s Tavern with Agriculture Day, a free, family-friendly event on Saturday, September 17th, 2016. This year’s event will feature a local butcher demonstrating how to dress a hog and make various cuts of pork sausage and scrapple. Other demonstrations include sauerkraut making, cider pressing, wheat flailing, winnowing, and flour grinding. Pork products and sauerkraut will be available for sale. Come see how our ancestors made Pennsylvania Dutch food delicious and famous!
