Both Dill’s Tavern and Maple Shade Barn are fully-equipped with electricity and indoor plumbing to ensure a comfortable historic setting that will impress your guests with modern amenities for events such as bridal and baby showers, reunions, meetings, birthday parties, and more. At this time, wedding rentals are not available at our venues. All event times permit reasonable allowances for setup and clean up before and after event without additional charge. To hold a date, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required.
Rent Dill’s Tavern
Dill’s Tavern offers 2.5 acres of natural historic gardens and property, including the spectacular 18th Century Tavern and its magnificent brick courtyard and balcony. With easy access from Route 15 near Harrisburg, Dill’s Tavern is the perfect venue for casual or historic events. This fully-restored National Register Historic property can comfortably accommodate 40 guests in the upstairs ballroom, 30 guests in the downstairs Tap Room or Parlor, with the option of an outdoor setup in the courtyard and grounds allowing for a larger number of guests.
Dill’s Tavern Full Property: $800 for up to 4 hours, $85 for each additional hour.
Dill’s Tavern Upstairs: Occupancy 40. $400 for up to 4 hours, $75 for each additional hour.
Dill’s Tavern Downstairs: Occupancy 30. $400 for up to 4 hours, $75 for each additional hour.
Kitchen Access with Event: $50 for use of space. No stove use is allowed.
Kitchen Rental: $25 per hour. Signing of contract and kitchen training must occur before use.
Overnight Stay on Tavern Property (camping): $10 per night per person. No access to Tavern. Includes bathroom access.
Overnight Stay in Tavern: $25 per night per person.
Rental of Outdoor Property: $10 per person for up to 4 hours. Includes bathroom access.
Tent Rental: 10×10 or 20×20. Cost available upon inquiry.

Rent Maple Shade Barn
For intimate events, the vibrantly restored Maple Shade Barn is perfect for bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, family reunions, and more. This beautiful award-winning barn on a corner lot can hold up to 60 people indoors. A rental tent can increase the capacity of the property to 200 people. Indoor rentals include a spacious dining room with tables and chairs, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The interior of the barn has a classic rustic feel with all modern amenities for your convenience. Maple Shade Barn, large room: Occupancy 60 seats, 75 people per class. $150 for up to 4 hours. $40 for each additional hour. For events less than 4 hours, cost is $50 per hour.
