Celebrate the 102nd anniversary of Farmer’s Fair at Dill’s Tavern and Plantation from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 21st, during a day of demonstrations and festivities including activities for children and living history encampments.
Enter Historic Monaghan Church Cemetery, if you dare, on Sunday, October 29th, and witness history come alive with ghosts of Dillsburg's past. Tour includes stories of real former Dillsburg residents and their impact on the history of our town and nation.
Enjoy the fruits of our harvest labor at the NYCHAPS Pork and Sauerkraut Dinner at 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 11th, 2017. On the menu is hog maw and roasted pork butchered at the Tavern, as well as fresh sauerkraut sliced and packed on Agriculture Day.
Catch the holiday spirit December 15th and 16th at the Dill’s Tavern Christkindlmarket. Tour the tavern aglow in candlelight, shop local artisans and homemade goods, stop by the orientation center and gift shop, and step in at the Wheelwright Shop to see artisans at work.
