Get a taste of how our Revolutionary leaders lived and ate with historian April Thomas at her “Cooking with Wine” workshop. Participants will learn the basic techniques of hearth cooking with eighteenth-century recipes using some of the most popular drinks of the time when Dill’s Tavern was an active distillery, including Port, Madeira, and Ale.
